Job Title: QA Automation Architect / Lead

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Architect / Lead to drive the design, development and implementation of robust automated testing solutions. This fully remote role is ideal for a technical leader with deep expertise in test automation, frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines, who can guide teams and define QA strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of automation frameworks

  using Python, Playwright, and Robot Framework.

• Define QA strategies, standards, and best practices across projects.

• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform advanced test planning, risk assessment, and architecture for large-scale applications.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor QA engineers, and lead automation initiatives.
• Execute SQL queries for data validation and support test automation scenarios.
• Manage version control and collaboration using Git and related tools.
• Ensure alignment with SDLC, DevOps processes, and QA metrics reporting.
• Continuously research and recommend new tools, frameworks, and approaches to improve test automation efficiency.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software testing / QA.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.

• 2+ years in QA architecture or lead roles, designing frameworks and guiding teams.

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Playwright and Robot Framework.

• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration.

• Solid knowledge of SQL for database validation.

• Expertise in Git and version control best practices.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, test methodologies, and QA best practices.

• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively in a fully remote setup.
