Role Overview

We are looking for a Firewall Control & Recertification Specialist to support security governance and access control activities within a structured enterprise environment.

This role focuses on firewall rule reviews, access recertification processes, compliance alignment (ISO 27001), and coordination through ServiceNow workflows. The position requires strong collaboration with infrastructure and security teams, as well as fluency in French.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform firewall rule reviews and recertification activities

• Ensure firewall configurations comply with internal security policies and ISO 27001 standards

• Manage access control and validation processes through ServiceNow

• Coordinate with infrastructure and application teams for rule validation and clean-up

• Support audit activities and documentation requirements

• Identify and remediate non-compliant or obsolete firewall rules

• Work across Linux and Windows environments when assessing system access and dependencies

• Contribute to continuous improvement of governance and control processes

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in firewall governance, rule management, or recertification processes

• Good understanding of information security principles and ISO 27001

• Experience working with ServiceNow (ticketing, workflows, access management)

• Familiarity with firewall technologies (e.g., Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.)

• Basic understanding of Linux and Windows environments

• Experience in audit or compliance-driven environments

• Fluent French (mandatory)

• Good English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated industries (banking, finance, etc.)

• Knowledge of ITIL processes

• Exposure to network security architecture
