Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/SD Consultant to join our consulting team, focusing on the implementation and configuration of e-invoicing solutions. The role involves working with Joubini, a cloud product with processes comparable to SAP DRC, and integrating standards such as PEPPOL, XRechnung, and ZUGFeRD. The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementations, aligning with client requirements, and ensuring compliance with international e-invoicing regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP FI/SD modules to support e-invoicing processes.

• Work with the consulting team to design and deliver solutions using Joubini.

• Integrate e-invoice standards such as PEPPOL, XRechnung, and ZUGFeRD.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and ensure proper system alignment.

• Provide guidance, documentation, and training to end-users and project stakeholders.

• Support troubleshooting, testing, and quality assurance for e-invoice projects.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for e-invoicing in multiple regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP FI and/or SD implementation and configuration.

• Knowledge of e-invoicing processes and standards (PEPPOL, XRechnung, ZUGFeRD).

• Experience working with cloud-based products comparable to SAP DRC.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

• Fluent in English (German is a plus).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Joubini or similar e-invoicing platforms.

• Knowledge of local and international e-invoicing compliance requirements.

• Previous consulting experience in multinational or regulated environments.
