Business Analyst Transport/Warehouse

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our partner team, supporting transport and warehouse operations and helping shape efficient, scalable business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to thoroughly understand business

  needs, analyze requirements, and assess them in the context of

  current processes and ways of working.
• Work with internal teams, suppliers, and the Center of Excellence to propose solution options, outline pros and cons, and guide internal clients toward the most suitable choice.
• Define detailed requirements and design the final process solution together with Agile teams, under the direction of the Product Owner.

• Estimate solution costs with the Product Owner and validate development decisions with the Business Owner.
• Support implementation activities by addressing questions from development teams and ensuring clarity on requirements.
• Create and validate business test scenarios, ensuring solutions function as intended, and support end-user testing phases.
• Verify that proposed solutions fully meet the initial business requirements.
• Communicate updates to users regarding new developments and share user guides for newly implemented solutions.
• Facilitate training for key users on new applications, solutions, or working methods.
• Provide support in defining business process flows before and after changes or implementations, from an end-user perspective.
