Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Data & Analytics Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Power BI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions and analytics reports that support global ERP (D365 F&O) and business operations for international humanitarian organizations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in data engineering, modeling, and visualization, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end data and reporting solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

Develop interactive dashboards and paginated reports in Power BI, covering functional areas such as HR, Finance, Logistics, and Project Management.

Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and products using Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and PySpark.

Apply Data Vault and Dimensional Modeling techniques to ensure robust and maintainable data structures.

Optimize data quality, system performance, and production deployment processes.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple international locations (e.g., Geneva, Budapest).

Ensure all data solutions adhere to governance, security, and compliance standards.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence roles.

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Synapse and Power BI.

Proven experience in building large-scale data solutions and complex visualizations.

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java.

Experience with big data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or Hadoop.

Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and ETL processes.

Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have

Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O data models.
