Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Data & Analytics Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Power BI. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing data solutions and analytics reports that support global ERP (D365 F&O) and business operations for international humanitarian organizations.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in data engineering, modeling, and visualization, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end data and reporting solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).

  • Develop interactive dashboards and paginated reports in Power BI, covering functional areas such as HR, Finance, Logistics, and Project Management.

  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and products using Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and PySpark.

  • Apply Data Vault and Dimensional Modeling techniques to ensure robust and maintainable data structures.

  • Optimize data quality, system performance, and production deployment processes.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across multiple international locations (e.g., Geneva, Budapest).

  • Ensure all data solutions adhere to governance, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence roles.

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Synapse and Power BI.

  • Proven experience in building large-scale data solutions and complex visualizations.

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Java.

  • Experience with big data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, or Hadoop.

  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and ETL processes.

  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O data models.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for analytics environments.

  • Exposure to international or humanitarian project contexts.
