Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dedicated solutions sales team. The ideal candidate will be a hunter-type professional with strong field sales experience, excellent consultative selling skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This role requires a proactive mindset, a focus on delivering results, and the capability to identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT solutions market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Lead the end-to-end sales process for system integration solutions (own and 3rd party software, services, and infrastructure).

    • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, leveraging innovative product portfolios.

    • Create effective and specific account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and CRM accuracy to ensure business predictability.

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Establish, nurture, and grow strong customer relationships by identifying and addressing client needs.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning solutions with their business plans and strategies.

    • Develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities, maximizing customer potential.

    • Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, vendors, and local partners.

  • Presales & Collaboration

    • Plan and execute presales and sales activities, including proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analyses, and negotiations.

    • Collaborate with internal teams (presales, delivery, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.

    • Cooperate with Business Units locally and internationally to foster cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling custom IT solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of IT products and technologies.

  • In-depth understanding of target markets, business environments, and customer needs.

  • Proven ability to manage accounts and territories (decision makers, organizational structures, competitive landscape).

  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to understand and align with customer business plans and budgets.
