Role Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join an international Salesforce COE team, supporting the adoption and roll-out of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud across multiple countries. The role involves requirement gathering, functional analysis, and ensuring local needs align with the global template.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects.

• Conduct functional analysis and support solution design.

• Identify local gaps versus the global Salesforce template.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business teams, and Salesforce consultants.

Requirements

• Middle-level seniority.

• Experience in the Consumer Goods industry (preferred, not mandatory).

• Fluent in English.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
