Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SQL Implementation Consultant to join our delivery team, supporting new client implementations and driving tailored technical solutions. The consultant will play a central role in gathering client requirements, designing scalable SQL-based workflows, and managing end-to-end implementation, including data migration and testing phases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client discussions to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements

  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and scalable solution designs

  • Configure and test process workflows using appropriate implementation tools

  • Develop, optimize, and test complex SQL stored procedures to support business logic

  • Align closely with clients throughout implementation, ensuring solutions meet expectations

  • Execute comprehensive testing (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure solution stability and performance

  • Track project milestones, manage deliverables, and provide updates using Jira and related tools

  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solution improvements post-implementation

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience in SQL development and stored procedure optimization

  • Strong background in requirement gathering, technical design, and client-facing delivery

  • Experience with data migration and transformation projects

  • Proficiency in Power Automate and/or workflow configuration tools

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and configuration

  • Familiarity with project tracking and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
