Test Lead

Job Title: Test Manager Banking / AML Projects

Location: Remote (EU-based)
Travel: 2 days every 2 weeks on-site in Dublin
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 6 months (extension likely)
Languages: English (Fluent)

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to lead QA planning and execution for a banking client. The role involves designing test strategies, coordinating test lifecycle activities, and supporting AML-related programs such as FCRM, KYC, and LXNX 2025. This is a hybrid position with remote work and bi-weekly travel to Dublin.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document the overall Test Strategy, Test Approach, and Test Closure Reports

• Set up and configure JIRA, including test case management and tracking

• Oversee test planning, test execution, and defect tracking using JIRA and Zephyr

• Coordinate with internal and client teams for test case design, traceability, and validation

• Utilize Confluence for collaborative documentation and reporting

• Report on test progress, quality metrics, and defect status

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in test strategy and planning in complex enterprise environments

• Hands-on expertise with JIRA and Zephyr for test management

• Working knowledge of Confluence

• Experience in the banking domain, particularly with AML (Anti-Money Laundering), FCRM, KYC policies, or LXNX 2025 is a strong advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Availability to travel to Dublin for 2 days every 2 weeks
