In this role, your primary focus will be to maintain service continuity, uphold the quality of assigned application(s), and ensure their smooth functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve incidents, investigate and troubleshoot issues, and manage minor change requests, ensuring adherence to development stages (e.g., coding and unit testing) aligned with existing assets.
• Deliver high-quality user support to meet operational needs.
• Respond to service requests, including reporting and performing routine tasks.
• Achieve application-specific goals such as uptime and timely resolution of incidents.
• Facilitate seamless data exchange between various applications.
• Update documentation to reflect every modification accurately.
• Recommend and execute measures to streamline applications, enhance processes, and introduce automation.
• Adhere to and enforce established standards, protocols, and security guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Educational Background

• A graduate in a technical field.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with COBOL programming.
• Proficient in working with Mainframe environments, JCL, and DB2.
• A proven track record in application support roles.

Language Proficiency
