Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scala Developer to join a dynamic team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will work on impactful data projects, leveraging your expertise in Scala, Spark, and Kafka to build and optimize data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions using Scala
• Build and optimize data processing pipelines with Spark
• Integrate and manage distributed messaging systems such as Kafka
• Collaborate with team members to deliver robust data-driven applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in data workflows
• Document technical solutions and processes to support ongoing operations

Key Competencies

• Proficiency in Scala programming
• Hands-on experience with Spark for big data processing
• Familiarity with Kafka and distributed data systems
• Experience working on complex data projects
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Luxembourg within a collaborative team
