Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to manage key transformation initiatives within a banking client's IT Operational and User Experience portfolio. The primary responsibility is overseeing the migration of ITSM platforms including Jira, Confluence, and Service Now from on-premise infrastructure to cloud environments. The role will also lead a Data Loss Prevention (DLP) project and ensure all activities align with banking compliance and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ITSM platform migrations, from planning to deployment

  • Oversee Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow transitions from on-prem to cloud

  • Manage the delivery of the Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiative

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including technical leads, vendors, and security experts

  • Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks

  • Identify, manage, and resolve complex risks and dependencies across projects

  • Drive stakeholder communication, project governance, and steering committee reporting

  • Contribute to change management strategy and support user adoption

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex ITSM projects, including tool implementation and cloud migration

  • Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence (on-prem and cloud experience preferred)

  • Previous delivery leadership experience within banking or other highly regulated industries

  • Solid understanding of data sensitivity, secure migration practices, and protection of proprietary data

  • Knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance considerations in IT transformation

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with high-impact change initiatives
