Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst Microsoft 365 / SharePoint to join a team in Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting functional requirements, leveraging your expertise in Power Platform, and supporting project delivery in a multilingual environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional needs and specifications for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• Utilize Power Platform to support automation and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure clear communication and coordination between business and technical teams
• Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Key Competencies

• Proven experience in writing functional needs and specifications
• Good command of Power Platform
• Strong communication skills in both French and English
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Luxembourg within a collaborative team
