Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Zscaler Consultant to support enterprise-level security transformation projects. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), with a strong consulting or architecture background rather than purely operational experience. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Zero Trust architectures using Zscaler technologies, while guiding clients through every phase of the deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Zscaler ZIA and ZPA solutions for enterprise clients

• Facilitate client workshops and technical assessments to define architecture and policies

• Configure and manage Zscaler services, including:

  • App Connector and Client Connector

  • SSL inspection, policy rules, DLP, CASB

  • Cloud Firewall and traffic forwarding (PAC files, GRE tunnels, IPsec, Z-Tunnel 2.0)

• Integrate Zscaler with identity providers such as Azure AD, Okta, SAML, and SCIM

• Conduct security assessments and provide design validation

• Collaborate with stakeholders from both technical and executive teams

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and solution architecture diagrams

Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience with ZIA and ZPA configuration and architecture

• Deep understanding of Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) and secure access strategies

• Proficiency in cloud traffic steering, application segmentation, and endpoint policy design

• Strong integration skills with identity management and SSO platforms

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Zscaler certifications (ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA, ZCCP-IA/PA)

• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as finance, telecom, or healthcare

• Background in consulting or pre-sales technical architecture
