Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Engineer to design, develop, and support business-critical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in low-code development and a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, with a focus on scalability, performance, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)

• Build and maintain workflow automations and system integrations using Power Automate

• Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports with Power BI to support decision-making

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine functional requirements

• Ensure that all solutions comply with security, governance, and Microsoft best practices

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing Power Platform applications

• Stay up to date with emerging features and updates within the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystems

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelors degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development

• Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven apps) and Power Automate

• Proficient in Power BI including data modeling, DAX, and report creation

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 services

• Familiarity with Azure services and custom connectors is an advantage

• Experience with Power Platform ALM and DevOps practices is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-400, or PL-300 are an advantage

• Background in business analysis or process optimization is desirable
