Job Title: Junior Apple Intune Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain software packages, scripts, and configuration profiles within Microsoft Intune to support macOS environments.

• Utilize tools such as AutoPKG and shell scripting to build and manage macOS software packages.

• Automate software packaging and deployment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.

• Manage and deploy Mobile Device Management (MDM) profiles and policies for Apple devices.

• Support integration and configuration of Apples Device Enrollment Program (DEP).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding, configuration, and lifecycle management of Apple devices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to macOS software deployments, system configurations, and MDM compliance.

• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for packaging standards, deployment workflows, and configuration best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Foundational experience in macOS administration and familiarity with the Apple ecosystem.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Apple MDM frameworks.

• Familiarity with AutoPKG, shell scripting, and automation tools for macOS environments.

• Understanding of Apple DEP, MDM profiles, and software lifecycle management.

• Ability to write, test, and debug scripts for packaging and deployment tasks.

• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to automation and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, enterprise IT environment.
