Mission

We are seeking passionate and dedicated IT Network Engineers to join our dynamic team and support network configuration across a global infrastructure. You will work as part of an experienced group, using company tools to define, deploy, and troubleshoot network setups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure network rules using internal tools and platforms.

  • Annotate and update installation manuals and procedures.

  • Review and propose improvements to existing network procedures.

  • Execute functional tests on newly installed components using predefined test cases.

  • Collaborate with the Technical Lead to provide updates and assist in building monitoring reports.

  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions, operating procedures, and relevant technical documentation.

  • Provide occasional on-call support outside of standard business hours, with proper documentation using client tools.

  • Adhere to ITIL methodology and best practices in daily operations.

Required Skills & Experience

In-depth knowledge in:

  • Firewall rules configuration and management

  • Proxy services (including Socks5)

  • Network routing principles and troubleshooting

Desirable experience with:

  • Network setup and troubleshooting in Linux OS environments

  • Network setup and troubleshooting in Windows Server OS environments
