Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Service Platform (CSP) Specialist to support our Retained Organisation in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services. The role involves providing technical expertise, implementing best practices, and ensuring smooth operations of cloud platforms while supporting the organization through digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on cloud service platforms and technologies to the Retained Organisation

• Support the implementation and management of cloud infrastructure and services

• Develop and maintain cloud governance frameworks and operational procedures

• Assist with cloud migration strategies and execution

• Optimize cloud resource utilization and cost management

• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to align cloud solutions with business objectives

• Contribute to knowledge transfer and capability building within the Retained Organisation

• Monitor cloud service performance and implement improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with major cloud service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, and DevOps practices

• Experience supporting organizations through cloud transformation journeys

• Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, and governance frameworks

• Familiarity with cloud cost optimization strategies and tools

• Experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and performance optimization

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to various stakeholders

• Experience working with retained organizations in outsourced or managed service environments
