Job Title: IT System Engineer Workstation (with French)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute daily operations related to the workstation environment.

  • Ensure systems and applications meet required security standards through regular patching and updates, in line with group policies.

  • Provide Level 3 support for complex technical issues within your area of expertise.

  • Analyze and validate workstation software configurations to maintain compliance and performance.

  • Design and implement technical solutions tailored to business requirements, adhering to security and compliance standards and internal validation processes.

  • Produce and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for systems and infrastructure.

  • Monitor and assess vulnerabilities affecting production environments.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Windows client administration.

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken).

  • Strong command of technical English (able to follow and engage in professional conversations).

  • Methodical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to risk identification and communication.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to quality.

Technical Skills Required:

Expertise in:

  • Windows 10 operating systems.

  • Workstation management using SCCM (software deployment, patching, and updates).

  • Implementation and compliance with security standards (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

Strong knowledge of:

  • Virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix).

  • Scripting languages (PowerShell, VBScript, etc.).

  • TCP/IP networking, interconnection techniques, and core Microsoft protocols (SMTP, HTTPS, etc.).

  • ITIL frameworks for change and incident management.

  • Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Trellix (formerly McAfee) endpoint protection tools.

  • Familiarity with Nexthink for end-user experience monitoring.

  • Exposure to Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
