Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Specialist to support and optimize the clients global directory services landscape. The role involves managing Active Directory (AD) environments, executing lifecycle operations, improving automation, and ensuring secure integration with connected systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain enterprise-scale Active Directory environments

Execute domain and forest-level configurations, OU structuring, GPO management, and trust relationships

Ensure availability, performance, and compliance of identity services

Automate common identity and access management tasks using PowerShell scripting

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate AD with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and third-party applications

Perform health checks, auditing, cleanup of stale objects, and access reviews

Participate in AD migrations, consolidations, and transformation projects

Contribute to documentation, standard operating procedures, and security baselines
Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory in enterprise environments

Deep understanding of Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and replication mechanisms

Proficient in PowerShell scripting for AD automation and reporting

Familiarity with hybrid identity environments (Azure AD, Microsoft 365)

Experience with AD security hardening, privileged access management, and role-based access controls

Solid understanding of IAM concepts and integration with other directory services

Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills
