System Analyst Warehouse

We are looking for a System Analyst to join our partner team, supporting warehouse operations and contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT solutions across the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the implementation of projects that require IT

    components such as applications, modules, or information systems.
  • Analyze business stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical CRDs (Change Request Documents).
  • Communicate and defend technical requirements with external partners (communication exclusively in English).
  • Propose solutions to optimize operational processes and prepare technical specifications aligned with project needs.
  • Provide support during the project lifecycle and after implementation, including application testing and end-user training.
  • Offer L2 support for the applications and systems under your responsibility.
  • Identify and recommend process and technical optimizations in collaboration with external partners and Ahold Delhaize Group IT teams.
  • Deliver training sessions for end users and key users across departments involved in implemented projects.
  • Create training materials, documentation, and procedures for the functionalities developed within the projects.

Requirements

  • Completed university studies (preferably in IT or a technical field).

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT project implementation.

  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to analyze and document technical or operational logical process flows.
  • Good command of the English language.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and integration skills.
  • High capacity to understand retail/logistics operational processes.

  • Experience performing configurations and optimizations in ERP systems and/or logistics systems (WMS).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology (SCRUM) and previous experience working with Jira.
