Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Application Administrator to support and maintain customer-facing banking applications such as internet banking, mobile apps, and middleware. The role focuses on ensuring availability, resolving incidents, monitoring system health, and coordinating upgrades and deployments across Pan-Baltic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stability and performance of digital banking channels
- Monitor applications, logs, and integrations to prevent issues
- Investigate and resolve incidents; support change and release activities
- Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and security teams
- Contribute to automation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years in application support or IT operations (financial sector preferred)
- Skills in Java/Spring Boot, Jenkins, Git
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, databases (Oracle/SQL)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, NewRelic)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and on-call readiness
- Fluent English; strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:
Cloud (AWS) application management experience
