About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP BTP / CAP Engineer to join our team for a long-term engagement. The role involves a balanced mix of development and operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a complex technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Development (50%)

• Design and implement solutions on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• Develop applications using the SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).

• Integrate SAP Datasphere with CAP-based applications.

• Contribute to technical architecture design and integration patterns.

• Optimize performance, scalability, and quality across existing applications.

Operations (50%)

• Manage, monitor, and maintain SAP BTP applications and services.

• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure system stability.

• Handle requirements management and collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance, code quality, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing SAP BTP solutions.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CAP development.

• Proven experience integrating SAP Datasphere with CAP applications.

• Strong experience in operations, troubleshooting, and requirements management.

• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Advanced English (spoken and written).

• Strong sense of ownership and proactivity.

Nice to Have

• SAP certifications (BTP, CAP, Integration Suite, etc.).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines in SAP environments.

• Familiarity with SAP Build, Integration Suite, or other BTP services.
