Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Portfolio Manager E-Invoice to lead our global e-invoicing portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Innovation and Own Software Assets, you will navigate a dynamic environment, ensuring that our portfolio of e-invoice solutions is strategically aligned, competitive, and delivers maximum value. This role requires close collaboration with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to optimize resources, mitigate risks, and enhance overall portfolio performance.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Alignment: Define and maintain the overarching vision of the portfolio, ensuring products align with business strategy and goals.

Cross-Product Coordination: Collaborate with Product Managers to manage interdependencies, optimize resources, define pricing models (including revenue sharing), and avoid conflicts in release timelines or technical dependencies.

Go-to-Market: Ensure a globally consistent marketing and sales approach for e-invoice solutions, while balancing local market needs.

Value Maximization: Evaluate the product mix within the portfolio, recommending additions, retirements, or pivots to maximize long-term business and user value.

Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate cross-portfolio risks (budget, regulations, market changes), supporting Product Managers in resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer support to ensure portfolio success.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with regional teams, marketing, and sales stakeholders to align strategy and execution.

Market Insight: Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance product performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction.

Governance & Best Practices: Establish portfolio governance, frameworks, and standardization to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements

Proven experience in portfolio management, product management, or similar roles.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have
