Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to design, implement, and maintain customized solutions within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in both configuration and development, a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, and experience integrating the platform with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.

• Develop plugins, workflows, and custom business logic using C# and .NET.

• Customize forms and user interfaces using JavaScript and frameworks like jQuery.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST, SOAP, OData, or Azure Logic Apps.

• Leverage Azure Services (Azure Functions, Azure DevOps) to enhance and automate Dynamics 365 processes.

• Develop solutions using Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Create custom Power Platform solutions and integrate them into Dynamics 365.

• Work with SQL Server and Azure SQL Database for data modeling, analysis, and reporting.

• Perform data analysis and visualization to support business decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its architecture.

• Experience in configuring, customizing, and extending Dynamics 365 modules.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.

• Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems.

• Knowledge of Azure services and Power Platform tools.

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Field Service, Customer Service, or Sales modules in Dynamics 365.

• Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques using Power BI.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
