About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for managing of key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
Addressing and resolving key clients complaints.
Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
We would love to see you bring
At least 4 years of experience
You have a strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the B2B industry
You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
