About the role
We are looking for a Customer Sucess Manager that will transform our clients into true Datagram ambassadors.
- You will be responsible for Customer onboarding
- You will be managing the daily customer relationship, analytical support, initial and continuous training as well as the creation of weekly impulses
- To participate in the co-development of monthly meetings with the KAM in charge
- Responsible for the good health of the client (NPS)
- Strengthen the adoption of Datagram, and make Datagram indispensable in the business decision-making process
Develop the customer relationship through the development of new projects and the proper execution of these
- Detect business opportunities to transform with KAM
- Guarantee the smooth implementation of projects and new features/countries
- Responsible for feeding the SalesForce tool on its accounts

As a must
- Understanding of performance indicators in the FMCG universe
- Analytical skills
- At least 1 internship/1st experience in an FMCG environment (client or agency)
- Project management, ability to coordinate various stakeholders (internal and external)
- Problem-solving skills (ticketing, problem resolution, root cause analysis...)
