About the role

We are looking for a Customer Sucess Manager that will transform our clients into true Datagram ambassadors.

  • You will be responsible for Customer onboarding
  • You will be managing the daily customer relationship, analytical support, initial and continuous training as well as the creation of weekly impulses
  • To participate in the co-development of monthly meetings with the KAM in charge
  • Responsible for the good health of the client (NPS)
  • Strengthen the adoption of Datagram, and make Datagram indispensable in the business decision-making process

Develop the customer relationship through the development of new projects and the proper execution of these

  • Detect business opportunities to transform with KAM
  • Guarantee the smooth implementation of projects and new features/countries
  • Responsible for feeding the SalesForce tool on its accounts

We would love to see you bring

As a must

  • Understanding of performance indicators in the FMCG universe
  • Analytical skills
  • At least 1 internship/1st experience in an FMCG environment (client or agency)
  • Project management, ability to coordinate various stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Problem-solving skills (ticketing, problem resolution, root cause analysis...)
