Key responsibilities

  • General knowledge of Windows based applications
  • Must have strong verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to think quickly and solve customer concerns
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be detail-oriented and accurate
  • Ability to multi-task and perform various duties including but not limited to taking phone calls, chats, emails, handling mailbox cases, and closing Zendesk tickets

Qualifications & Desired Skills

  • Able to converse and communicate in English Language
  • 0-1 years experience in BPO/CSR
  • Able to work at nightshift
  • Able to work onsite
  • Willing to be a part-timer for 20 days

Schedule:

  • Date : Feb 17 - March 10
  • Training Schedule: Monday to Friday @ 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (8 hours x 5 days)
  • Live Schedule: Mandatory Thursday to Sunday (4 days x 11 hours) eastern time - including lunch. Schedule time varies per proctor.

Package Details

Salary: 15,000 - 18,000 as Part-times
