DataPatrol is looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to be in charge of all quality assurance activities. The quality assurance Engineer's responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Policy & Procedure Implementation: Prepare and implement robust quality assurance policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards.
- Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and quality tests to ensure product consistency.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, address, and rectify workflow and production discrepancies to guarantee seamless operations.
- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure complete observance of standards and safety regulations pertinent to the industry.
- Collaboration & Communication: Engage in productive discussions with superiors regarding potential issues and present viable solutions.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all QA activities, prepare comprehensive audit reports, and document all processes and methodologies.
- Improvement Recommendations: Propose and drive initiatives aimed at refining quality and operational standards.
- Training & Knowledge Dissemination: Design and create training materials and operating manuals for internal teams to improve understanding and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: A certificate in quality assurance or a related field is a distinct advantage.
- Experience: Proven background in quality assurance or related domains.
- Tools & Methods: Demonstrated working knowledge of the essential tools, methods, and concepts pertaining to quality assurance.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding and knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to the industry.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and constructive dialogues.
- Data Expertise: Superior data collection, handling, and analysis skills.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach with a keen eye for even the minutest details.
- Business & Technical Analysis: Proficient in analyzing software products from both business and technical standpoints.
