Functional Accountabilities

• Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI.
• Create new and enhance existing dashboards from the various sources of data like Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Google Big Query, Flat files, etc.
• Translate data into actionable insights that will drive the decision-making process.
• Implement row-level security on data.
• Publish and schedule Power BI reports as per the business requirements.
• Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics.
• Perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
• Support the development of the business KPI library by adding new business metrics and dimensions.
• Research, develop, and implement data-gathering methods.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, and user manuals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.
• Identify development needs in order to improve and streamline operations.
• Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models.
• Develop data warehouse queries that will be used to support ad-hoc business analysis.
• Work closely with the vendors to ensure best practices are followed during the design and development of the Business Intelligence solutions.

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is preferred.

Minimum Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer.
• Strong Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, MS Synapse, Snowflake, and Python.
