Location: Mountain View, CA or Bengaluru, India (Onsite) | Compensation: $160,000 – $300,000 (US) or $40,000 – $60,000 (India) + equity

The Role

This is a high-ownership operational role delivering complex customer projects end-to-end. You'll manage multi-million dollar engagements with AI labs and enterprise clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at exceptional quality.

What You'll Do

• Own and deliver complex customer projects from scoping through completion
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope across multiple concurrent engagements
• Coordinate distributed teams and ensure clear communication across stakeholders
• Use SQL and Python to analyze data and inform project decisions
• Interface directly with AI lab and enterprise clients at a senior level

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role
• Technical foundation — CS/engineering degree or equivalent hands-on experience
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for distributed team coordination
