Statement of Work — Civil Engineer - Land Development EI 

Full-service multi-disciplined firm in Longwood, FL. Certified Engineer Intern, 0-4 years experience. Large firm project diversity in modest individualized environment.

Experience Requirements

• Project Coordination
• Understanding of general Civil Engineering design principles
• Construction Document preparation for competitive construction bidding a plus
• Experience in Site Geometry, Utility Services, Site Grading, Storm Drainage, Stormwater Management, Stormwater Pollution Prevention, Local Agency Code Analysis a plus

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering from ABET accredited institution
• 1-4 years experience, EI License required
• AutoCAD, MicroStation, GEOPAK, OpenRoads a plus
• Proficiency in Excel; ICPR, WaterCad, AutoTurn a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform civil site facility analysis and design
• Prepare conceptual designs, final design and construction plans under direction of Engineer of Record
• Perform engineering calculations in support of civil engineering design
• Assemble construction and permit documents including plans and reports
• Preparation of applications and forms for plan approvals and permitting
• Provide engineering support during construction
• Coordination with in-house and out-of-office team members
