Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, Monday–Friday)

Role Overview

Sales Development Representative focused on building top-of-funnel pipeline for a high-growth fintech company. This is an early-career role designed for candidates looking to break into B2B tech sales with a fast path to Account Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
  • Execute outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to build pipeline
  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
  • Run initial discovery and qualification conversations with founders and operators
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and manage activity in HubSpot
  • Learn and apply consultative sales techniques in real-world scenarios
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging and conversion performance

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience (new grads encouraged)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated with strong work ethic and competitive mindset
  • Comfortable working long hours and exceeding targets
  • Interest in long-term career in tech sales or fintech
  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
