Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, Monday–Friday)
Role Overview
Sales Development Representative focused on building top-of-funnel pipeline for a high-growth fintech company. This is an early-career role designed for candidates looking to break into B2B tech sales with a fast path to Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting
- Execute outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to build pipeline
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Run initial discovery and qualification conversations with founders and operators
- Partner closely with Account Executives to convert pipeline into revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM data and manage activity in HubSpot
- Learn and apply consultative sales techniques in real-world scenarios
- Continuously improve outreach messaging and conversion performance
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience (new grads encouraged)
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with strong work ethic and competitive mindset
- Comfortable working long hours and exceeding targets
- Interest in long-term career in tech sales or fintech
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
