Account Executive, Programs (Solutions Consultant AE)
Snapshot: $100K–$130K base · $250K–$350K OTE (uncapped) + equity · Remote (US East/Central or Europe) · No visa sponsorship · 5–12 yrs enterprise sales
THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is a rapidly growing, well-funded global B2B fintech (~270 people) reshaping how enterprises transact — a technology solution that makes purchasing fast and easy for enterprise buyers, used by some of the world's largest corporations across ~50 countries. This role focuses on generating revenue by selling programs to existing enterprise customers and building strategic relationships inside complex, matrixed organizations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify and cultivate strategic relationships within large customer organizations to surface growth opportunities. Deliver compelling presentations and product demos. Run thorough follow-ups to advance account pipelines. Maintain accurate CRM records. Provide clear, professional responses to RFIs and inquiries. Collaborate with the sales team on strategy and tactics. Negotiate pricing and develop alternative structures. Close deals per company process and coordinate with internal stakeholders on contracts and legal. Travel as needed.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
First 90 days: learn the platform and existing accounts, and build a pipeline of expansion opportunities. First year: consistently close program expansions and become a trusted advisor inside strategic accounts.
MUST-HAVES
5–12 years selling technical B2B solutions into enterprise accounts, ideally with solutions-consulting or integration experience; technical understanding; exceptional organization and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication; ability to navigate matrixed environments.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Fintech, procurement, or e-procurement experience; API/integration selling; global/enterprise account management.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$100K–$130K base (USD), $250K–$350K OTE with uncapped commission (35% on net-new year-1 deal value, 3% year 2), competitive equity, parental leave, flexible work, and professional development.

Remote — US East Coast or Central time, or Europe.
