Location: Macon, GA (Hybrid — 33% Remote)
Role Overview
BCBA working in a state-of-the-art residential facility collaborating with behavioral health and medical providers. This role features small caseloads, no billable hours, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on clinical care within an underserved community.
Responsibilities
- Manage a small caseload of 6–8 adult clients
- Deliver high-quality applied behavior analysis services in a residential setting
- Collaborate with behavioral health and medical providers on interdisciplinary care
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct assessments and monitor client progress
- Build your own schedule across the work week
Requirements
- Active BCBA credential (required)
- Willingness to work with adult clients

Compensation
