We are expanding our Civil Engineering recruitment division across Texas and are seeking a driven recruiter to build and scale a high-performing talent desk.
This is a 100% commission-based intrapreneur role designed for recruiters who want full ownership over their production and income.
There is no base salary.
This opportunity is built for high-output recruiters who want autonomy, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential — without the burden of starting their own firm.
You focus on delivering talent.

What You'll Do

Source, qualify, and place Civil Engineering professionals across Texas

Build deep candidate networks in infrastructure, consulting engineering, and construction markets

Partner closely with client-facing sales professionals to fill active searches

Develop long-term candidate relationships and repeat placement pipelines

Own your recruiting production and revenue performance

Build and scale your desk like its your own business
