We are expanding our Civil Engineering recruitment division across Texas and are seeking a driven recruiter to build and scale a high-performing talent desk.

This is a 100% commission-based intrapreneur role designed for recruiters who want full ownership over their production and income.

There is no base salary.

This opportunity is built for high-output recruiters who want autonomy, flexibility, and unlimited earning potential — without the burden of starting their own firm.

What You'll Do

  • Source, qualify, and place Civil Engineering professionals across Texas

  • Build deep candidate networks in infrastructure, consulting engineering, and construction markets

  • Partner closely with client-facing sales professionals to fill active searches

  • Develop long-term candidate relationships and repeat placement pipelines

  • Own your recruiting production and revenue performance

  • Build and scale your desk like its your own business
