Position Summary
Seeking a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer to manage land development projects and lead small internal teams with minimal oversight. This role is ideal for a strong operator who can independently run projects from concept through construction.
The firm maintains a diversified project portfolio spanning retail, theme park development, space-related projects, mixed-use, multifamily, single-family, industrial, and emerging healthcare initiatives. With active growth in multiple sectors, this role offers exposure to a steady and varied pipeline of work.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple site civil land development projects across retail, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and healthcare sectors
Lead internal design teams
Coordinate directly with clients and agencies
Oversee permitting, design, and construction administration
Prepare and review grading, drainage, and utility plans
Qualifications
Florida PE license
8–14 years of site civil experience
Central Florida permitting experience
Strong Civil 3D skills
Experience with stormwater, utilities, and site development
