The Role

We're looking for a cross-stack engineer to own platform reliability, infrastructure, and system performance. You'll debug across the full stack — iOS, backend, database, and cloud — to keep a high-growth platform running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Own platform reliability and system performance across the full stack
• Debug and resolve issues spanning iOS, backend services, databases, and AWS infrastructure
• Optimize MongoDB performance and data access patterns at scale
• Build and maintain backend services in Node.js and TypeScript
• Manage and improve AWS operations and cloud infrastructure

What We're Looking For

• 3–7+ years of engineering experience in high-growth or startup environments
• Strong debugging skills across iOS, backend, database, and AWS layers
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with MongoDB performance optimization
• Hands-on AWS operations experience

Nice to Have

• Fintech or payments domain experience
• Experience building monitoring and alerting systems
