The Role
A high-ownership Business Operations seat reporting directly to the CEO, owning customer deployments end-to-end and building operational processes from scratch as the company scales. Balances tactical execution with strategic thinking about delivering complex AI systems reliably.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end customer deployments, managing scope, timeline, and customer success metrics
- Deploy AI agents into customer environments and iterate based on real-world performance data
- Design and scale operational processes for multi-site customer rollouts
- Communicate directly with research site networks to understand requirements and manage expectations

Requirements
