Statement of Work — Highway-Roadway Engineer - Project Manager 

Miami/Ft. Lauderdale, FL. 10-20 years experience. Nationally recognized engineering firm renowned for bridge and transportation infrastructure. Shape the future of mobility in Florida.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, delivery of complex highway/roadway projects from concept through construction
• Manage multidisciplinary teams — on time, within budget, highest quality
• Primary point of contact for FDOT Districts Four and Six
• Oversee technical design: roadway geometry, drainage, traffic control
• Prepare proposals, marketing materials, cost estimates for business development
• Mentor junior engineers, foster collaborative team culture

Qualifications

• Licensed PE in Florida
• 15+ years highway design experience, strong FDOT background
• BS Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• Proven success managing multi-discipline projects including bridge replacements/rehabilitations
• Strong client relationships with FDOT and local agencies
• Proficient in MicroStation and Bentley OpenRoad Designer
• Familiarity with AASHTO standards
