Compensation: $150,000 – $250,000 base + equity

About Conversion AI
Conversion AI is an AI-native marketing automation platform replacing legacy tools like Marketo and HubSpot. The company has raised $28M+ from Abstract, True, and HOF Capital and is on a steep growth trajectory — growing from $0 to $6M ARR serving SMBs, generating $10M in lifetime revenue, and launching an enterprise motion just five months ago that has already reached $1.5M in enterprise ARR, including $1M added in the last month alone.
This is a founding GTM Engineering role — not a traditional RevOps or outbound seat. You will own the entire GTM stack end to end, with complete autonomy to build and scale the systems that drive acquisition, activation, and retention. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders daily with direct influence on how a high-growth startup operates and scales.
What You'll Own
GTM Engineering and Outbound Systems
- Design and build scalable systems for prospecting, enrichment, and outreach across LinkedIn, email, and partner channels
- Create and optimize outbound sequences across cold email, LinkedIn, partner motions, and marketing nurture
- Develop and operationalize intent signals such as web visits, job changes, job postings, and third-party activity
- Build ICP models and segmentation frameworks to focus GTM efforts on high-value accounts
- Partner with marketing to support campaigns, events, webinars, and targeted outreach initiatives
GTM Operations and Infrastructure
- Own CRM architecture and data flow including lead ingestion, enrichment, routing, and pipeline management
- Build and maintain inbound infrastructure including forms, UTM tracking, enrichment logic, and qualification workflows
- Create and manage a fully enriched master account and contact database across all GTM systems
- Ensure high data coverage across total addressable market using multiple data vendors
- Maintain a clean, queryable system of record across outbound activity, engagement, and pipeline data
SDR Enablement and Tooling
- Evaluate and implement tools across the GTM stack including Salesforce, Clay, Instantly, Gong, HeyReach, and related platforms
- Build workflows that enable scalable outbound execution and automation
- Provide SDRs with playbooks, targeting frameworks, and tooling to execute high-quality outbound at scale
Requirements
- Primary background in GTM, growth, growth ops, business operations, or early-stage chief of staff roles at a Series A or B startup with a strong GTM motion
- Strong systems thinking with technical fluency across APIs, data flows, and tool integrations
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining GTM systems using tools such as Salesforce, Clay, Instantly, Gong, Zapier, and similar platforms
- Experience working with data and performing analysis using SQL or equivalent tools
- Strong creative instincts for outbound strategy, messaging, and experimentation
- High attention to detail across systems, data integrity, and operational workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication with clear, structured thinking
Nice to Have
- Background in Growth Ops, GTM Engineering, or Growth Strategy
- Experience scaling systems from pre-product market fit to post-product market fit
- Technical or engineering background such as computer science, mathematics, or similar
This Role Is NOT For
- Big tech operations or strategy experience without startup exposure
- Pure sales or quota-carrying backgrounds without systems ownership
- Highly specialized RevOps or MarOps profiles that lack full-stack flexibility
