Salary: $300,000–$375,000 + Cravath-scale bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Manage trial records and case logistics end-to-end
- Own case strategy below the partner level
- Supervise junior associates, paralegals, and analysts
- Take and defend depositions
- Argue motions and participate in trial as second chair
- Attend all client meetings and serve as key point of contact
- Collaborate with co-counsel across complex litigation matters
- Develop a long-term business development plan
Requirements
- 5–8 years post-JD experience in complex commercial litigation
- Experience from an AmLaw 50 firm or top litigation boutique
- Financial services disputes experience (banks, hedge funds, asset managers)
- Deposition and motion practice experience
- Active bar admission in New York and/or Virginia
- JD from a T30 law school (or T50 with exceptional performance)
Preferred
- Federal clerkship experience
- Experience supervising junior legal staff
- Strong trial work exposure
