Overview
We are hiring a Technical GTM Associate to help design, implement, and scale go-to-market initiatives within a fast-growing AI-focused startup.
This is a founder-adjacent role that sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, and technical execution. You will work closely with leadership, engage directly with technical customers and researchers, and help build scalable GTM systems from the ground up.
This role requires technical credibility, strong client-facing confidence, and the ability to operate in a high-intensity, in-person environment.
What You'll Do

Support the design and execution of go-to-market strategy

Generate and manage outbound pipeline initiatives

Engage directly with technical buyers, researchers, and AI-focused stakeholders

Help translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value

Collaborate closely with founders on strategic GTM initiatives

Build structured outreach and pipeline processes from scratch

Operate effectively in ambiguity while maintaining strong execution velocity
What Were Looking For
Core Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in an Account Executive, CSM, or similar GTM role

Technical fluency in AI, ML, research, or adjacent domains

Comfort interacting with senior researchers and technical stakeholders

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High agency with ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments

Willingness to work in person in San Francisco
Strong Plus

Experience in high-performance environments such as banking, consulting, private equity, or early-stage startups

Technical academic background (computer science, math, statistics, engineering) or meaningful exposure to SWE, ML, or research

Strong organization and detail orientation in outreach and pipeline work

Empathy for researcher and highly technical customer personas
