The Role

Conversion is hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale go-to-market from the ground up. This is a key early GTM hire who will own and build out the demand-generation motion — running experiments across channels, creating campaigns, and handling events with customers and leads.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and execute field events and executive dinners that create high-quality pipeline
  • Own paid acquisition across channels, running experiments to drive efficient growth
  • Launch and manage webinar programs that educate prospects and generate demand
  • Build and scale SEO presence to capture high-intent organic traffic
  • Help shape growth collateral, tools, and systems as the company scales
