Why Candidates Should Join
- A rare hybrid seat: Own the full client lifecycle — win the deal as the technical SME, then own onboarding, adoption, and retention. Because the same person supports the deal and owns the account, context never gets lost at handoff.
- Strong PMF in a big market: Established product-market fit with mid-market and enterprise RIAs in a $100B market.
- Real ownership on a lean team: Growth-stage, EOS-run, direct line to the CEO, Head of Sales, and Head of Customer Success — genuine scope, no bureaucracy.

The Role
A hybrid individual contributor who owns StratiFi's product and domain expertise across the full customer lifecycle — from winning deals as the technical SME on sales calls to delivering the onboarding, adoption, and retention that make each client successful. Dual-reporting: to the Head of Sales for pre-sale support and to the Head of Customer Success for post-sale delivery. The role demands both the patience and follow-through of a strong CSM and the quick thinking and composure of a sales engineer on a live call.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own the SME seat on AE demo and technical calls — run tailored, workflow-specific demos of AdvisorIQ, ComplianceIQ, ScanIQ, Proposals, and IPS, and handle product, technical, and compliance objections live without escalating.
- Drive new-client onboarding and training from platform setup through confident daily usage within 30 days of go-live, across firm sizes and user personas.
- Run cadenced adoption meetings with key account stakeholders to surface risk early, protect gross retention, and route expansion signals to the Expansion AE with full technical context.
- Maintain deep product mastery across the full StratiFi suite plus genuine RIA and compliance domain fluency, staying the expert AEs and clients call first.
- Translate structured customer feedback into clear product requirements for the Product team, capturing frequency, use case, and revenue impact.
- Build and maintain training content, knowledge base articles, and recorded walkthroughs that scale self-service and deflect support tickets.
Product suite & tools: AdvisorIQ, ComplianceIQ, ScanIQ, Proposals, IPS; HubSpot CRM; Gong.
