Project Engineer – Site Civil (Florida PE)

Position Summary

Seeking a mid-level Florida PE who can independently prepare and assemble full civil site design packages while coordinating with agencies and supporting senior project managers.

This role supports projects across a wide range of sectors including retail, theme park development, mixed-use, residential, industrial, and expanding healthcare initiatives — providing consistent exposure to diverse and high-profile work.

Responsibilities

Prepare grading, drainage, and utility design plans
Assist with permitting submittals and agency responses
Coordinate with surveying and planning teams
Support construction administration efforts

Qualifications

Florida PE license
5–10 years of civil site design experience
Strong Civil 3D production capability
Familiarity with Central Florida permitting processes
