Base Salary: $90,000 – $125,000 (+ performance-based compensation)
Overview
We are hiring a Founding Account Executive to build and own the full-cycle enterprise sales motion from zero inside an early-stage AI startup.
This is a high-ownership role based in New York City. You will be responsible for generating pipeline, running complex enterprise sales processes, and closing strategic deals — particularly within Systems Integrators (SIs) and complex professional services environments.
This is an opportunity to shape the company's enterprise sales foundation from the ground up.
What You'll Do

Build and execute the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close

Generate outbound pipeline and develop strategic target accounts

Sell into Systems Integrators and complex enterprise organizations

Run multi-stakeholder discovery and product demonstrations

Engage both technical and business buyers

Navigate complex buying committees and procurement processes

Help define and build repeatable sales processes and playbooks

Partner closely with founders to refine positioning and GTM strategy
What Were Looking For
Core Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle B2B enterprise sales experience

Track record of closing $50K–$100K+ ACV deals

Experience selling into Systems Integrators or complex professional services environments

Ability to manage multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles

Comfort operating without predefined playbooks

Existing U.S. work authorization

Ability to work in person in New York City

Prior founding AE or early sales hire experience

Deep familiarity with SI or professional services ecosystems

Experience selling to technical buyers

Comfort using AI-enabled tools or workflows in sales execution
