Overview

We are hiring a Technical Strategic Projects Lead to drive high-priority technical initiatives in a fast-moving, AI-focused environment.

This is a high-intensity role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and technical collaboration. You will own complex projects end to end, working directly with AI researchers and technical stakeholders to move critical initiatives forward.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, operates with high agency, and can bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous, technically complex work.

What Youll Do

• Lead complex technical initiatives from definition through execution

• Partner directly with AI researchers, engineers, and technical teams

• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, research, and operations

• Translate ambiguous objectives into clear plans and deliverables

• Identify bottlenecks and push projects forward with urgency

• Operate in a high-intensity, in-person environment with strong ownership

Core Requirements

• Proven ability to execute in high-pressure environments

• Track record of owning complex technical initiatives end to end

• Comfort interfacing directly with AI researchers and technical stakeholders

• High agency and willingness to operate in an intense, in-person setting

• Clear communication skills and strong leadership presence

Strong Plus

• Background in top-tier finance, consulting, or high-output startup environments

• Experience in AI data operations or managing technical research initiatives

• Demonstrated ownership of complex cross-functional projects

• Comfort operating in ambiguity with minimal structure
