Rapidly growing civil engineering and land surveying firm seeking full-time Florida PE in Kissimmee, FL. 5-15 years experience. Civil engineering design, permitting, and project management for commercial/mixed use, retail, large single-family residential, townhome, and professional office developments. Local travel to project sites, client meetings, and community events.

Requirements

• Skilled in land development site design analysis, scheduling, financial/material resources management
• Leading internal teams, coordinating meetings with clients and subconsultants
• Single-family, townhome, and multi-family residential development experience
• Professional office and industrial/warehouse development experience
• Permitting experience in Central Florida with city and county agencies
• Paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, and utility design experience
• Construction administration, observation, and certification experience

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering
• Florida PE license required
• Minimum 5 years civil site and drainage design experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
