The Role

You'll be the first RevOps hire, owning billing, deal execution, and revenue operations end-to-end. This role reports directly to the CEO and is central to scaling the company's commercial infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Own the full revenue operations function: billing, invoicing, contract execution, and reporting
• Manage and optimize Stripe Billing workflows, including subscriptions, invoicing, and edge cases
• Administer contract platforms (PandaDoc/DocuSign) and ensure seamless deal execution
• Build and maintain reporting dashboards and revenue analytics
• Partner with the CEO and cross-functional teams to support commercial growth

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in RevOps, Billing Ops, or Deal Desk within B2B SaaS
• Deep hands-on experience with Stripe Billing (subscriptions, invoicing, edge cases)
• Proficiency with contract platforms such as PandaDoc or DocuSign
• Strong attention to detail and operational rigor
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards
• Experience with billing middleware (Orb, Metronome)
• SQL and BI tool proficiency
